TAWINGS (トーイングス）は日本のオルタナティヴ・ロックバンド。
ガレージロック、ポストパンク、ニューウェイヴなど様々な要素を飲み込んだサウンドで、東京を拠点に活動。
TAWINGS is a Japanese alternative rock band based in Tokyo formed in 2016.
Their style has categorized as garage rock, post punk and new wave.

- 2016.04 Cony Plankton (vo, g) が、eliy (ba) 、Kanae (perc, vo, g) を誘い結成。その後、Yurika (dr) が加入。[1]
- 2016.10 Peach Kelli Pop (Canada) 、GRMLN (US) の公演、その後も多くの海外バンドの来日公演に出演。
- 2016.12 オーストラリア メルボルンのラジオ局PBS FM よりピックアップされデモ曲が放送される。
- 2017.05 デビュー７inch 「Listerine / Dad Cry」をリリースし完売。[2]
- 2017.07 BURGER RECORDS (US) より、コンピレーション カセット「BURGER WORLD: JAPAN」に参加。[3]
- 2017.12 Japanese Breakfast ジャパニーズ・ブレックファスト (US) 代官山UNIT公演のサポート・アクトとしてミツメと共に出演。[4]
- 2017.12 RHYMING SLANG企画のカバーアルバム「RHYMING SLANG COVERS」に参加。
- 2018.01 2nd singleとなる「Invisible/UTM」をカセットにてリリース。[5]
- 2018.03 アメリカ テキサス州オースティンにて開催された「SXSW 2018」に出演。[6]
- 2018.04 Kanae (perc, vo, g) が脱退。
- 2018.09-11 Hinds（Spain) 、The Lemon Twigs ザ・レモン・ツイッグス (US) などの海外バンドのサポート・アクトを務める。[7]
- 2019.08 デジタルシングル、Lou Reed「Make Up」のカバーをリリース。
- 2019.10 11月20日にリリース予定の1st アルバムより、「水仙」を先行リリース。
- 2019.10 jan and naomiをゲストに迎えたLuby Sparksとの共同企画「Dreamtopia」をWWWで開催。

- April 2016 Cony Plankton (vo, g), eliy (ba) and Kanae (perc, vo, g) formed the band. After a while Yurika (dr) joined.
- October 2016 TAWINGS did supports for Peach Kelli Pop (Canada) ,GRMLN (US) and continues to appear on a number of shows of overseas bands at Japan
- December 2016 Their demo song has picked up by PBS FM radio broadcasting at Melbourne, Australia.
- May 2017 Released debut 7 inch Listerine / Dad Cry and sold out.
- July 2017 The band joined the cassette compilation BURGER WORLD: JAPAN from BURGER RECORDS (US).
- December 2017 The band did a support act for Japanese Breakfast (US) with Mitsume.
- December 2017 They joined the compilation cover album RHYMING SLANG COVERS from RHYMING SLANG.
- January 2018 Released 2nd single Invisible/UTM as cassette tapes.
- March 2018 The band performed at SXSW 2018 at Austin, TX, USA.
- April 2018 Kanae (perc, vo, g) left the band.
- September to November 2018 They did supports for Hinds（Spain), and THE LEMON TWIGS (US).
- August 2019 The band released cover of Lou Reed "Make Up".
- October 2019 The band released "Suisen" from upcoming their 1st album.
- October 2019 The band held their event "Dreamtopia" with Luby Sparks at WWW, Tokyo.
