Die Victoria Bulgarian Open 2013 (auch European Tour 2013/14 – Event 1) war das erste Snookerturnier im Rahmen der Players Tour Championship 2013/14. Es wurde vom 6. bis 9. Juni 2013 in der Universiada Hall in Sofia, Bulgarien ausgetragen.

Titelverteidiger war der Engländer Judd Trump, der allerdings in der Runde der Letzten 64 mit 2:4 an David Gilbert scheiterte.
Im Finale setzte sich John Higgins mit 4:1 gegen Neil Robertson durch und gewann damit zum dritten Mal den Titel bei einem PTC-Turnier.
