An Jian (Chinese: 安建; born December 1952) is a Chinese politician who served in a series of senior legislative and legal affairs positions at the national level. He held posts including deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, vice president of the China Law Society, and deputy chairman of the Law Committee of the 12th National People's Congress.[1]
