Zhang Wenxian (Chinese: 张文显; born August 1951) is a Chinese jurist, legal scholar, and senior professor of philosophy and social sciences at Jilin University. He holds a Master of Laws and a Doctorate in Philosophy. Zhang has served as a second-class grand judge and is recognized as a prominent figure in Chinese legal scholarship. He has also held leadership positions within the China Law Society, serving as a member of the party group and vice president.[1][2]
