Bulat-Pestivien (French pronunciation: [bylat pɛstivjɛ̃]; Breton: Bulad-Pestivien) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany in northwestern France.
The inhabitants of Bulat-Pestivien are known in French as Bulatois.
