Plaintel (French pronunciation: [plɛ̃tɛl]; Breton: Pleneventer; Gallo: Plentèr) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany in northwestern France.
Inhabitants of Plaintel are called plaintelois or plaintelais in French.
