CMLD-2

CMLD-2 is an experimental drug which acts as an inhibitor of the RNA-binding HuR protein. Elevated levels of HuR are found in many forms of cancer, and CMLD-2 is being researched for potential applications in cancer treatment.^[1][2][3][4] It also has anti-inflammatory effects, and may also be useful for the treatment of neuropathic pain,^[5][6] as well as asthma,^[7] and Hepatitis B.^[8]
