Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975

The Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 (c. 21) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to criminal procedure in Scotland.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 6(1) of, and schedule 5 to, the Criminal Procedure (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1995, which came into force on 1 April 1996.[3]
