Dale Mark Paul Garland (born 13 October 1980)[1] is a Guernsey born British athlete who was selected for the 2008 Summer Olympics.[2]

Garland was educated at Elizabeth College, Guernsey. He was a member of the Birchfield Harriers.[3]

Garland finished second to Paul Tohill in the decathlon event at the 2003 AAA Championships.[4][5]

He competed in the 400 m hurdles at the 2007 World Athletics Championships and attended the 2008 Summer Olympics as part of the 4 × 400 m relay squad, but did not run in the competition.[6]
