Federico Maranges

Federico Maranges (born October 5, 2001)[1] is an American professional football center for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Florida Atlantic Owls.

Early life

Born in Dorado, Puerto Rico,[2] Maranges moved to Miami, Florida, after Hurricane Maria. He attended Christopher Columbus High School in Miami-Dade County.[1]

College career

Maranges played college football for the Florida Atlantic Owls from 2019 to 2024.[3] He played in 44 games for the Owls, beginning at guard, before starting 21 games in his final two seasons at center.[1]

Seattle Seahawks

After not being selected in the 2025 NFL draft, Maranges signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent.[5] He was released on August 26, 2025, as part of final roster cut downs.[6] Maranges signed to the practice squad the following day.[7] On February 12, 2026, he signed a reserve/futures contract.[8]
