Lang Sheng (Chinese: 郎胜; born February 1954) is a Chinese legal scholar and former senior official of the National People's Congress (NPC). He served as a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress and as deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee. He is also known for his academic work in criminal law and has taught at several major Chinese universities.[1]
