Ortolan was a Michelin-starred French restaurant in Los Angeles, California, United States.[1][2] The fine dining establishment opened in 2005 and closed in 2011.[3][4]
French chef Christophe Émé opened it in partnership with actress Jeri Ryan, with whom he was in a relationship at that time and later got married.[5]
Former gay porn star Brandon Lee used to be executive chef at Ortolan.[6]
