Parsabad
City in Ardabil province, Iran

Parsabad (Persian: پارس آباد;[a] Azerbaijani: موغان شهر, romanized: Muğanşəhr) is a city in the Central District of Parsabad County of Ardabil province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[5] Parsabad is Iran's northernmost city. The city is located on the Mughan plain, on the right bank of the Aras River.
