Qareh Chal (Persian: قره چال)[a] is a village in Gavdul-e Markazi Rural District[4] of the Central District in Malekan County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,234 in 517 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,441 people in 668 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,391 people in 735 households.[2]
