German and French versions

Is there a reason why the German and French versions are ignored? --Melly42 (talk) 08:06, 18 November 2014 (UTC)

Hi Melly42! The reason I didn't add it originally was because there weren't really many details about them, but there is a little now, so I have added a couple of sentences at the bottom. If more information becomes available there might be enough to do seperate articles for each of them, but there is nowhere near enough at the moment, Thanks for the suggetsion! The German version was recorded this Monday (a list of contenders can be find at www.bild.de), the French version is still in preparation (only Carla Bruni is corfirmed so far, Daft Punk and Johnny Hallyday might also take part). --Melly42 (talk) 11:10, 19 November 2014 (UTC)

Profits

Currently the article states "all contributions going towards battling the Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa". Exactly where are the 'contributions' going to? The statement doesn't say, which is a lack of clarity and almost meaningless. 80.229.154.174 (talk) 09:59, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

80.229.154.174 I'm not quite sure what your point is. It might not be perfect, but if you do't like something, go and find more details about it, and edit it yourself. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but when the article was initally written details were sketchy. and I'm still not sure what exactly they are going to do with the money. But, like I say, if you know what they are doing, feel free to edit it yourself. At the moment it is vague, but correct. Piandme (talk) 21:02, 20 November 2014 (UTC)
You contradicted yourself. 80.229.154.174 (talk) 23:27, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
80.229.154.174 It doesn't matter if I did. If you don't like it, edit it yourself. That is the whole modus operandi of Wikipedia! All I know is that I don't feel I need, or particularly want to edit it, but that isn't stopping anyone else, who ar more than welome to make improvements. There's little point whining on this talk page if you think you know best: do something about it! Piandme (talk) 19:19, 22 November 2014 (UTC)
Band Aid is a well established charity and as such it is used to working out how to turn donations into action in a number of countries through work with partners etc. The statement seems a fair summary to me, but as details come in a section on this might be appropriate.
