I am new here. I noticed that information about layoffs after Bending Spoons acquisitions, with sources, has been removed several times by anonymous editors. This looks like a pattern and I am unsure how to handle it. Could we discuss changes like this here before removal. I want to follow the right process and keep sourced content if it meets Wikipedia rules. Zegnar (talk) 15:10, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
- Three IPs have removed the 85% Komoot layoff figure from DCR:
- I find this highly suspect especially given that DCR is not as unambiguously unreliable as the IPs accuse. Furthermore,
- These two could potentially be discounted as they are not problematic, the only suspicion is the country.
- The WikiSpooner COI account began editing in August 2024, and made a (reasonable) COI edit very recently—September 2025 to Vimeo. All this IP editing has happened since December 2024, before that there is nothing of note. It is interesting that this ramp up in Italian activity happened around the same time the WikiSpooner account began. Also worth noting the WikiSpooner account seems to have ceased using the edit request feature since its first edit request.
