Is this the primary topic as compared to Buckhorn, Madison County, Missouri? Neither seems to have an obviously stronger claim of historical significance or size over the other. The Pulaski County Buckhorn will I guess be more familiar due to the exit sign on I-44 but I'm not convinced that there's a clear primary topic in accordance with Wikipedia's naming guidelines here. I don't understand your question. To be more explicit, the proper title is or will be Buckhorn, Missouri. It was created improperly with the county name in the title. Stately2 (talk) 11:04, 14 December 2025 (UTC)

There are two places called Buckhorn, Missouri with articles. Only one can be at that title. The standard Wikipedia practice is to distinguish these places with the same name using the county unless one can be demonstrated to be substantially more significant than the other ("primary topic"). I don't see an obvious reason to consider the Buckhorn in Pulaski County to be substantially more significant than the Buckhorn in Madison County. See for instance Hill Top, Kentucky as a similar example of how we typically handle where a state has multiple communities of the same name. Hog Farm _Talk 19:12, 14 December 2025 (UTC)
