Canadian Jewish News → The Canadian Jewish News – The "the" appears to be an official part of the publication's name per its about page, and I see no widespread WP:COMMONNAME usage without the "the" to go against that. - Support. Had a look to see how other sources refer to (T)CJN, and there was no consistency on whether or not to include "the" — not even within the same publication. For example, the National Post uses no article here (check the captions; "the" is uncapitalized or absent) but does include it here, capitalized. The Globe and Mail has also done it both ways: 1, 2. In that light, I'm inclined to default to what the publication itself uses, which is The Canadian Jewish News. That's perfectly in-line with articles like The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Globe and Mail, etc. — Kawnhr (talk) 19:31, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
