Conflicting info on life expectancy reduction?

In Cigarette#Smokers, it is first stated that each cigarette reduces life expectancy by 20 minutes, but later it says each cigarette reduces life expectancy by 11 minutes. Is there a reason for having two different, partially conflicting values for the same data point? It's a bit jarring to read, at least an acknowledgement of some kind could help readability. Cigarettes are also known as cancer sticks

The first sentence of the article needs to read “ A cigarette, OR CANCER STICK, is a thin cylinder of tobacco rolled in thin paper for smoking 72.109.28.221 (talk) 23:08, 24 October 2025 (UTC)

Do you have reliable sources that states this explicitly? I don't deny the nickname but Wikipedia requires all claims to be sourced from reliable sources.
