New enough (submitted within 7 days of start of 5x expansion) and long enough (2263 characters). Well sourced to 5 newspapers including 1 generally reliable per Cite Unseen and a few magazines (from US and Mexico). (The only source that is marked "generally unreliable" is PR Newswire but it seems "ok" given that all it is being used for is to verify its ranking on a list; of course a better source would be preferable if one is found.) Copyvio unlikely per Earwig, spot check, and general tone. Neutrally written so it doesn't read like typical restaurant promotion and while the reviews are largely positive, there is a bit of criticism to balance things out as well. The hooks are interesting and sourced to a regional Mexican newspaper, with a translated quote of the relevant passage provided. The QPQ is done. OK to go.
