Box office section
So despite the Box Office section being tagged as too complex and full of trivia, it is now even longer and contains more data that few care about than it did before (and some of the material added merely repeats information from the lead!). I will give it a few more days and then cut it down, we simply don't need all that information, it's effectively WP:NOT. Black Kite (talk) 14:24, 1 May 2026 (UTC)
- So I did this, but was reverted by User:MarSteGeo with an edit-summary giving no reason, who does appear to be on a crusade to make this article worse. Clearly we NEED to know that the film "became the first Hindi film to cross ₹100 crore in Karnataka state" and "The film became (the) first Indian film to earn more than ₹100 crore in a single day of Hindi net collections." - Black Kite Kautilya3 I agree with the shortening of the boxoffice section and have reverted it back. Funny, how User:MarSteGeo retaliated by mass removing the boxoffice portion from Dangal (2016 film) right after. I guess he doesn't like film Dangal as compared to Dhurandhar?

- @Black Kite Ofcourse people need to know. Have you ever seen any other films page and box office??? Have you seen Dangal Baahubali Jawan and many other ?
- Unnecessary bulging of box office of every day is there on those films.

- WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. But the better thing would be to remove all the trivia from the other articles as well. The box office section for Dangal is simply ridiculous, it looks like something you'd find in a fan wiki. Black Kite (talk) 07:05, 8 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Black Kite Box office section of Dhurandhar The Revenge was way better and all things were sourced. The way film achieved box office success, it was justifying.
- Dangal, Baahubali, Pathaan Jawaan, And many other film's box office sections are written in a fan way. Everyday box office collections in these films. MarSteGeo (talk) 07:18, 8 May 2026 (UTC)
