Proposed merge of Wills Navy Cut into ITC Limited
Wills Navy Cut is a product brand owned and marketed by ITC Ltd.If most of the information about Wills Navy Cut revolves around its connection to ITC and lacks significant standalone historical or cultural relevance, merging could make sense. TC-BT-1C-SI (talk) 13:57, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- I think a standalone page would make more sense. Wills Navy Cut's page mentions that it is produced by ITC Limited in India, and Imperial Tobacco outside India. So, it's not just about ITC Limited. Thyashish (talk) 14:40, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
Promotional tone in lead section
The line “It employs 36,500 people at more than 60 locations across India” reads as promotional. Unless these figures are contextually significant or sourced to illustrate a notable aspect of the company, they may be better placed in a separate section like “Operations” rather than in the lead.
