Feedback from New Page Review process
I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thanks for creating this page for company in the US health care sector. It seems to be rapidly expanding, in a growth sector. The article includes criticism, which is helpful for balance. For me, overall, the tone is sufficiently neutral for inclusion.

Hi there, is it possible to make some edits to add new information? Reason for the changes: To add new information about the business that has emerged since the page was last updated.
Specific text to be added or removed + references supporting change:
- In first paragraph, add: Its AI is trained on a dataset of de-identified patient records from Maccabi Healthcare Services, Mayo Clinic, and Cedars-Sinai. [References: Forbes, Business Insider, Mayo Clinic Proceedings: Digital Health, Hlth] It analyzes patients’ medical charts and provides clinicians with information about potential diagnoses and treatments based on people with similar characteristics and symptoms. [References: MedCityNews, Medicine]
- In "History" section, add: In 2023, the company shifted its primary business model to focus on partnerships with U.S. health systems and providing its AI-powered technology platform and clinical services to partners. [References: Forbes, Fierce Healthcare] These are integrated into health systems’ existing infrastructures, including their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, and white-labeled under their brand. [References: Fierce Healthcare, HealthLeaders]
- In "Partnerships" section, in Mayo Clinic paragraph, add: In May 2025, the Mayo Clinic Platform added K Health’s AI Physician Mode as a qualified solution, which collects HPI (history of present illness) from patients, synthesizes patients’ EMR data and provides insights to their doctors prior to appointments. [Reference: Hlth]
- In "Partnerships" section, in Cedars-Sinai paragraph, add: Cedars-Sinai’s chief medical officer said that more than 42,000 patients had used the tool by July 2025. [Reference: Business Insider]
- Add to end of "Partnerships" section: In September 2024, Hackensack Meridian Health partnered with K Health to launch HMH 24/7, an AI-driven platform that integrates virtual and in-person primary care. [Reference: Fierce Healthcare] In February 2025, Hartford HealthCare announced a partnership with K Health to launch HHC 24/7, a virtual care platform with 24/7 access to primary care. [Reference: Hartford Business Journal] In July 2025, K Health pledged to work with the United States Department of Health and Human Services’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on its new Health Tech Ecosystem initiative. [References: HIT Consultant,STAT, CMS.gov] In an April 2025 study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, researchers from Cedars-Sinai and K Health found that in cases where the AI and the treating physician disagreed on the diagnosis or treatment, independent expert physicians rated the AI's recommendation as better quality nearly twice as often as the physician's. [References: Forbes, Business Insider, Becker's Clinical Leadership, Annals of Internal Medicine]

- @Klbrain @Ca @SafariScribe Since you've worked on the page in the past, I'd love your thoughts (if you have time). Thank you so much! Wikidelrey (talk) 22:47, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
Not done for now: Some of the requested changes are currently written in a promotional tone. Please review WP:Neutral point of view and make changes where appropriate to follow this before reopening the request. Encoded Talk 💬 20:47, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for letting me know! Is the issue just that adding this level of detail, particularly about partnerships, is considered to be too promotional to add to the page in general? The language is quite basic and factual, so it doesn't seem like adjusting the tone / language would solve for this issue, but please let me know otherwise? Appreciate your insight!
