Confusing when he also gets called Ritchie

- @Doug Weller: is "Kid Rock" taken to be a single name (like The Weeknd) or is it the name "Rock" prefaced by the title "Kid" (like Lady Gaga)? If it's the former then his surname ought to be used, if it's the latter then just "Rock". ―Howard • 🌽33 11:57, 20 February 2026 (UTC)

- Another confusing issue is that the article fails to clarify at what point his professional name became "Kid Rock". (At least sufficiently early and prominently to dispel confusion.) Sławomir Biały (talk) 13:46, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
