Why the extreme focus on America when lynchings have historical context far before America existed?

Non-black lynchings

Of course lynching does have a history closely linked to racialism however over a third of all lynchings in the U.S. were not black victims. I think there should be a section dealing with them. John Not Real Name (talk) 18:38, 18 April 2025 (UTC)
