- ... that a UK prime minister's comments about gender irked Max Balegde into organising a fundraiser event?

New enough, long enough. Article well-sourced, neutral, BLP-compliant, presentable, with no obvious copyright vios. Hook is short enough and interesting. It is sourced, but the source should be added here. No images in article. QPQ done. I will approve it when you add the source here to the template. Mariamnei (talk) 12:28, 27 April 2026 (UTC)
- Sorry, which guideline requires that? I tend to only add it when the source is offline/paywalled/otherwise tricky to access.--Launchballer 13:22, 27 April 2026 (UTC)
I'm looking through the guidelines, and I don't actually see such a requirement, so I may have misremembered. I am therefore approving the DYK. That being said, if you look at the nominations at WP:DYKN, the vast majority have a source cited right after the hook. This can be helpful so the reviewer shouldn't need to go chasing after the source and I would encourage you to do this in the future. Have a wonderful day! Mariamnei (talk) 10:10, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
- It is most important that the source is cited within the article, and having reviewers check that it is actually cited there is important too. Sometimes the source is only cited in the DYK nomination template and not in the article, which is a problem. So thanks for checking. Cielquiparle (talk) 07:17, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
