Picture of Orwell and nurse
In a biography of George Orwell, there is a picture of him being held by a small elderly black woman, presumably his nurse while he was in Motihari. If I remember correctly, it was a hardback version of George Orwell: A Life by Bernard Crick. Crick ignores the woman, treats her as invisible.
I'm busy with other matters, but this would be worth someone following up. It might even be possible to find out who the woman was, as least aproximately. And it is a nice picture. --GwydionM (talk) 15:11, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
Usage of "big" html tags
125.20.39.66 has been adding "big" html tags to the article, which goes against the Manual of Style, specifically the section regarding font sizes. I have removed them for now. If there is a genuine need for these, please discuss it here. ScottSteiner ✍ 09:41, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
- I have just learnt HTML, let me try it out by making my little something bigger than someone else's little computer shop. Rollback whenever seen, I would think (Crusoe8181 (talk) 09:54, 18 April 2011 (UTC)).

Confusing information - what to do?
This information was in the body of the Motihari article without context. What should be done with this information? What is it's context?--CaroleHenson (talk) 22:37, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Merge proposal (Sita Kund, Motihari)
Proposing merging Sita Kund, Motihari into Motihari. Not able to find WP:RS with WP:SIGCOV for a standalone article for Sita Kund, Motihari. The content would better fit on this page - currently has no mention of Sita Kund. Asteramellus (talk) 02:03, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- Asteramellus, are you still interested in this? It's been unopposed for a couple months and you should be good to carry out a WP:BOLDMERGE. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 01:39, 14 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks Thebiguglyalien - sorry for not looking into this earlier. I see that Sita Kund, Motihari has content / sources added after merge request and sources seems ok with some significant coverage. I have removed the merge proposal. Asteramellus (talk) 12:51, 14 March 2026 (UTC)
