- Hi (talk there are two referecnes to different Daily Telegraph articles; one about 'shocking crimes' and another about the creation of it as a short running product. Is this a problem? I am happy to address if it is Aliceinthealice (talk) 00:19, 20 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Aliceinthealice: see Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard/Archive 384#The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) which would be why leeky has raised it. Do you have an alternative sources you can use? Alternatively if you don't, you can take the question of whether The Daily Telegraph is reliable for the claims made in your article to WP:RS/N. TarnishedPathtalk 06:40, 23 May 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, apologies - I've been sick and forgot this notification! Yes, I agree that the Daily Telegraph isn't particularly notable but for this period in the very early 2000's it has been has been hard to find references. I totally understand if this excludes it from being a DYK - I just think the whole incident is QUIRKY and people living in Murwillumbah love to talk about this - even now. - @Aliceinthealice and TarnishedPath: Yeah, unfortunately, I'm not seeing a reason to deviate from the GUNREL status and DYK requires that all sources cited be reliable. I would also think the imdb source needs to be replaced. theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 22:47, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
