• @MSK: Hi. I will be reviewing this. Thank you for this interesting article and the hook. Here are some quick suggestions which you can consider.

:*Using uniform date format, probably WP:MDY

• Clean up the lead section from many references, as per MOS:LEAD, because it usually does not require references as it sums up the article body

• This could be a real world fact, but here is a little problem I faced in a few WP:INLINEs and therefore need your input. Reference #8 does not mention the terms "Downtown" or "Koreatown", can you please provide a better reference?

  For ref 9(now ref 3), it says In addition, the Metro Board approved the route and station locations for the first phase of the project and it was published in 2012.

• It is written that described by multiple sources as "inappropriate". Probably, see WP:WEASEL, because it has a double quote mark for a word combined with a demand of multiple sources, but no INLINE or WP:INTEXT attributions are given ahead.
