Town, not district
This article is supposed to be about the town; there is another article Samastipur district. The confusion seems to start with two edits by an editor who made no further edits, in September 2013, where the lead changes from "S.. is a town and a municipality in S... district" to "The District of S... was carved out of ...". But there have been many edits since then. It needs to be sorted out, by someone familiar with the subject matter. I've mentioned it at Wikipedia_talk:Noticeboard_for_India-related_topics#Mujuana_-_how_many_places.3F_And_Samastipur_-_district_or_town.3F. PamD 17:14, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
