New album needs to be added

Fix hatnote
Is it okay if I fix the hatnote? I want to change the redirect template to the about template because "Snow patrol" is already mentioned throughout this article. Hikingboii (talk) 06:59, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
Snow Patrol are Irish
Snow Patrol are an Irish band. All members were born in Ireland, and identify as Irish. None of them are Scottish. They just met in Scotland when in college. Nothing more. That does not make them "Scottish". Please correct. 79.116.101.121 (talk) 13:25, 6 September 2025 (UTC)
- Band origins are generally established based on where the group was founded, which in this case appears to be Dundee, Scotland, and that's why they are considered to be a Northern Irish–Scottish rock band. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 14:40, 6 September 2025 (UTC)
- In fairness, OP may have a point - the band's self-published [about section] on Spotify describes them as Northern Irish. Sure, they formed in Dundee, but the current three members are from NI...maybe worth a change? Kpedimbourg (talk) 00:12, 25 February 2026 (UTC)
