On behalf of Songyee Yoon, I have uploaded two photographs of her to Wikimedia Commons:
The permissions for both images have been reviewed by a Volunteer Response Team (VRT) member. Could editors please update the Wikipedia entry (especially the infobox) with one or both images appropriately? Thanks in advance for any assistance from reviewing editors, including User:MurielMary, who accepted the draft submission at Articles for Creation.

Done Inkian Jason, cropped version of image 1 added, mostly due to lack of resolution in the second image. Caption also added based on Commons description. Please ping me if the crop of the image needs tweaking. ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 03:05, 9 February 2024 (UTC)

Clarification on reverted edits regarding Songyee Yoon
Hello editors, I recently updated the Songyee Yoon article to reflect her current professional roles and publications. The edits were reverted, and I’d like to clarify that the information I added is based on reliable, independent sources: HP Inc. press release (Feb 2025): Coverage of Principal Venture Partners and its $100M AI fund. Forbes Books & Google Books (2024): Publication of Push Play and Mosaic of Minds. The Korea Society (2024): Confirmation of her role as founder and managing partner of PVP. The purpose of these edits is not promotional but to ensure the article reflects verifiable and up-to-date facts. If there are formatting or citation issues, I am happy to revise accordingly. I kindly request feedback on how to reintroduce these updates in a way that aligns with Wikipedia’s guidelines, while still keeping the article current. Thank you for your guidance. Go ahead: I have reviewed these proposed changes and suggest that you go ahead and make the proposed changes to the page. Make sure to link HP Inc. When making the edit, please cut (do not add) She has also appeared on industry panels, including TEDAI San Francisco in October 2024,[8] and was listed among attendees at Web Summit Vancouver 2025.[9] In October 2023, she participated in Riyadh’s Future Investment Initiative (FII),[10] and the New Global Sport Conference (NGSC).[11]
, because I found this to be pretty excessive. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 14:51, 26 August 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks very much, AlphaBetaGamma, for reviewing the request and for the clear guidance.
- I will go ahead and add the approved updates (HP Inc. directorship and Principal Venture Partners) to the article as discussed. Per your advice and in line with WP:NOTRESUME, I also plan to trim the Infobox so that it reflects only current positions. Past roles (such as NCSoft CSO and Chamaeleon fund) will remain documented in the Career section, but will not be listed in the Infobox.
- Appreciate your time and help in improving the article!
