The article is well written and there isn't any noticeable WP:OR. The article adequately dives into the planning, history, opening and later developments on the line with verifiable citations.
From what I see, there is no copyright or plagiarism in the article with the article overall meeting Wikipedia:Good article criteria.
My main issue is that this article relies too heavily on secondary sources such as news snippets with very minimal primary sources used.
Overall however, I think that this article is fine enough as is and will be just fine under GA. Therefore, I close this review.
