Taiwan should be a separate category from China as Taiwan is its own self governing jurisdiction and not part of the PRC. I know its general policy with storms to keep them stated as active in the lead when they're extratropical and not fully dissipated, but is it *really* necessary to say that it is still a powerful tropical cyclone when it's much weaker and now extra-tropical? Even just saying it was formerly a large, powerful and long-tracking tropical cyclone and that it is a large and intense (by pressure) extratropical cyclone currently would be better I feel.
