Duplicate information and text in the early life, and the start of the career section.

The following sentence appears in both for instance, but there's more which is less direct

"ZUN's first interest in developing video games came during his high school years. While most shoot 'em up games utilise a military or science fiction theme, ZUN wanted a game with a miko main character and a Shinto aesthetic." Aristaeusapiculturist (talk) 00:32, 1 January 2026 (UTC)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've reworded the paragraphs. _dk (talk) 01:00, 1 January 2026 (UTC)

Content assessment mismatch

I've noticed that this page displays both C-class and Start-class assessments, the latter seemingly being attributed to WP:VG. Is this a mistake, or are the two assessments due to differing assessment scales? Wikipedia newbie here, so still getting to grips with the content assessment methodology! on people involved in making the games

While it is true that ZUN does most of the work in non-Twilight Frontier games, there are some exceptions, other than Touhou 12.8. I am not sure how to really write and cite it in the article, so here's a list:

  • Programming help in Touhou 6 by ぽんち/Ponchi (staff roll and おまけ.txt)
  • Some unspecified graphics assistance in Touhou 9 by Alphes of Twilight Frontier (staff roll)
  • Ability Card in Touhou 18 (and subsequently 18.5 and 19), some player pixelart in Touhou 19, and the Incident Stone design in Touhou 20 are all credited in the staff rolls to きーさん/Ki-san
  • The boss attack pixelart in Touhou 19 by Iruka Unabara of Twilight Frontier (staff roll)
