Please note that drafts such as Draft:Sher Singh (novelist) are not allowed to be filed in categories as if they were already finished articles in mainspace, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT. The page must stay out of any categories while it's in draft, and may be added to categories only if and when it gets accepted and moved by an AFC reviewer, and this is not an optional or flexible or negotiable rule that you're free to ignore.

As the page has had to be removed from categories by myself or other editors four times in two days, do not readd it to categories again.
