A tag has been placed on Draft:Hub Parkour Training Center, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, I'm Overthrows. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications is not allowed on Wikipedia, and may contain factually inaccurate statements, fictitious citations, or other problems. You should instead read reliable sources and then summarize those in your own words. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or ask your questions at the Teahouse, a friendly place for new users. Thanks. /over.throws/✎ 19:05, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- You have created multiple drafts and articles within the span of an hour, some pretty large. Articles usually aren't written and created this fast. Are you using LLMs to generate your articles? /over.throws/✎ 19:06, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- Hi there, I did use an LLM to aggregate the table of winners from our parkour competitions (as it was a multiple huge multi year spreadsheets), but we validated and checked all standings to make sure they were correct. I was struggling to get formatting to be a table instead of a list. The rest of the points of the article were piece weve written for other publications and info packs. the information on our formats and rules are directly from our 2026 rulebook. Dylanpolin (talk) 19:17, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- That doesn't necessarily make things better since if the content of your articles is sourced from your own rulebooks, then it's completely unfit for Wikipedia (WP:COPYVIO). Moreover, this does not address AI concerns such as the bolded lists across your articles, the speed at which you've created them, broken references, and other AI tells. Where may your texts be found? /over.throws/✎ 19:37, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- Sorry - on the format section - I meant that the text was not generated, and is what our rulebooks say about our formats and rules. I do not think this encounters a copyright claim.
- Bolded lists: I'm not sure which you are referring to outside of the formats section.
- Speed: The large chunk of the time saved here were our tables of prior champions and standings.
- Broken refs: Not sure which is broken here but going through the SPL article now.
- Other ai tells?
- By our texts are you meaning the rule books, format books, score sheets etc?
- For the SPL4/5/6 articles I used a base template and filled in event specific information for each.
- Reviewing this article: Wikipedia:Writing articles with large language models it seems I am allowed to use it for the intended purpose stated above. None of the information in these articles is made up, or hallucinated. Me and my team reviewed all information before incorporating it. Sport Parkour League is a real parkour organization that acts as the de facto parkour world championship. You can see the latest competition that happened last week, here: https://www.youtube.com/live/dYmNcxrlPro?si=r4_q8rXKO269vbGz Dylanpolin (talk) 20:02, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- The article you have linked clearly states that "the use of LLMs to generate or rewrite article content is prohibited". The only exceptions are for translation and SPaG, neither of which accounts for the manner in which you have used it. MadelynnSienna (talk) 11:28, 2 September 2026 (UTC)
- No, that is incorrect. Even if you had
validated and checked
, which is demonstrably false, this is still impermissible. ..., the use of LLMs to generate or rewrite article content is prohibited, ...[emphasis in original]
— WP:NOLLM- The English Wikipedia does not accept AI-generated material. ‑‑gurkubondinn 13:01, 2 September 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of SPL4

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on SPL4, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
- The page exhibits signs of having been generated by an AI model with no clear human review. Text produced by these applications is generally prohibited in Wikipedia articles. (See the section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
- It appears to be about something made up, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Welcome!
Hello, Dylanpolin, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, are related to, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.
