Welcome!

Hello, EditorHB, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Your submission at Articles for creation: sandbox (February 17)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by TechnoSquirrel69 was:
This appears to be a duplicate of another submission, Draft:Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies (IJGLS), which is also waiting to be reviewed. To save time we will consider the other submission and not this one.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.

Please restore the most recent version of Draft:Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies (IJGLS) that was deleted earlier today under G7.

I am an authorized representative of the subject and have disclosed my Conflict of Interest (COI) on my user page. I want to thank Randykitty for the helpful advice regarding a clean start with a policy-compliant account. TechnoSquirrel69 recently declined a duplicate sandbox submission, so I would like to have this official Draft page restored so I can continue the review process here correctly. Thank you for all for the help. New to this but trying my best to move this submission forward. EditorHB (talk) 20:12, 17 February 2026 (UTC)

I've restored it. It would have been simpler and not required deletion at all if you had just asked to have your previous account renamed, but it's all good. Please formally disclose your COI on your user page. If you COI involves employment or any compensation related to the journal(which doesn't have to be money, such as a grade or other professional consideration) you are required by the Terms of Use to make the paid editing disclosure. 331dot (talk) 20:41, 17 February 2026 (UTC)

Hi 331dot, thank you for restoring the draft. Following your advice, I have updated the Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure on my user page to explicitly state that I am a student at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and am editing this draft for academic credit. I hope this meets the requirements for full transparency under the Terms of Use. Preceding unsigned comment added by EditorHB (talkcontribs) 21:52, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
