Important items to note:
- The new username that you choose must comply with Wikipedia's username policy.
- The new username you choose cannot already be taken and used by another account. You can search here to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns, "There is no global account for [username]", that means it is available.

Blocked as a sockpuppet
Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
I am sorry for creating sockpuppet accounts just to avoid getting blocked. I promise I will not do that again.
Decline reason:
As per my decline at User talk:Sergiogriffiths. Yamla (talk) 11:55, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Are you now admitting that the Mario The PS2 Guy account was yours? You've been very evasive on that point so far. Girth Summit (blether) 21:13, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- Fine, I admit it. JumpmanMario2K6 (talk) 21:15, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- OK, so what you need to do is get that global lock lifted before you can edit any Wikimedia project. English Wikipedia admins can't do that - you need to speak to the Stewards. You can do that by email, using WP:UTRS, or you can email them directly at the address shown in the banner at the top of this page. I expect that this account will also be globally locked shortly, so the unblock request is probably moot; once the global lock is lifted, we will be able to consider an unblock at this project. Girth Summit (blether) 21:25, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- I used WP:UTRS. JumpmanMario2K6 (talk) 21:33, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- Girth Summit I could be wrong, but as I understand it there has to be a local wiki willing to unblock before the stewards will consider removing a global lock. 331dot (talk) 08:56, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
- I hadn't realised that. Hopefully the stewards will give them the requirements for certain; WP:SO would apply here in six months, they could use UTRS to apply for that prior to requesting unlock. Girth Summit (blether) 09:39, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
