@Cheese240: I've added a template which would allow you to submit the draft for review by AFC. Before that you'd need to fix the footnote problem that I've pointed out. Many of the sections have no footnotes which makes it hard to check where information is sourced from. Also I would changed the section title "Requirements" to something more appropriate and remove entries from the See-also section if there is no appropriate wikilink. Sir, I need your help regarding the articles which i create are now flag under LLM/AI cleanup process and some articles receive a five day deletion notice. I do the research and i collect the data myself from reliable and independent sources, but sometimes i use AI tools to fix grammar and translation. I see that you state the same reasoning at Wikipedia:AI_noticeboard#User:LegacyWiki. LLM-generated articles are a strict no-no here: many translation and grammar tools nowadays also heavily use AI. If articles are about to be deleted, then I suggest that you save the references (not the prose) from those articles offline, and restart writing the prose from scratch without using LLMs in any way this time. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 10:56, 9 August 2026 (UTC)

I'm a Quebec-based journalist and vlogger who's interested in doing pages about the Quebec (mainly Montreal) music scene. I've noticed there's a lot of artists that are well-known and meet the notability criteria who don't have Wiki pages. Recently, I did my first one (Draft:Li'l Andy) which I've submitted for review. It's very fun and exciting writing these! I was wondering if you could shed some light on two questions: (1) Is it problematizing if I continue to edit a draft after it's submitted? Such as adding a photo? and (2) I am a translator who often translates French-to-English, can I translate a page I have made into another language and submit it for review on https://fr.wikipedia.org/ ? @JenProvost: Welcome to Wikipedia.

1. Editing articles after submission is totally fine, especially so for improvements like adding a photo. Some reviewers who know that they will take time to review, mark a draft for a few hours or a day as "being reviewed". I would suggest that you not edit the draft during this short period.
2. Each language Wikipedia works a bit differently in these aspects. If you had asked about translating an article from another language to the English Wikipedia, then I would suggest that you read Wikipedia:Translation. Since your question is about the reverse, you'll have to search for a similar page on the French Wikipedia. My guess would be that they would recommend same/similar things, but it doesn't hurt to check.

The definition of Notability on Wikipedia may not match with what is used outside of Wikipedia, so you can read that link before starting a whole slew of drafts.

It is good that you are excited about creating new articles here. Read Help:Your first article if you'd like. I always find the "Gathering sources" to be the tough part for a new article. Happy editing! -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:28, 12 August 2026 (UTC)

Hi MPGUY284. File:Cape Cod RTA Logo.svg seems too simple to be eligible for copyright protection under US copyright law per c:COM:TOO US; so, I've changed it's licensing to {{PD-logo}} and tagged the file for a move to Commons. Can you re-check the older revisions of the file you deleted per WP:F5. If these are the same as the current one, they probably should be unhid to make the file easier for someone to move to Commons. 1. Start and finish WP:TWA
2. Look at WP:TASKS and try out some of the tasks there.
3. Once you feel that you are reasonably good at some of those, then read Help:Your first article carefully, especially the part about gathering sources and notability.

September 2026 Backlog Drive | New pages patrol
On 1 September 2026, a one-month backlog drive for new pages patrol will begin at a particularly important time for NPP. The backlog has now passed 30,000 unreviewed articles, a level that has been described in current NPP discussions as exceptionally high and potentially difficult to overcome through normal reviewing alone. Backlog drives are one of the few measures that have historically produced a noticeable reduction in the backlog, so the participation of as many active patrollers as possible will matter this month. If you can review during September, please make articles your priority. Every article that is reviewed is a meaningful reduction in the backlog. With the queue at its current size, even a relatively small increase in the number of articles each patroller reviews can add up to a substantial difference over the course of the month. This is a hybrid drive, so redirect reviewing is still included. Redirects can be a useful way for newer patrollers to get comfortable with NPP and can help people build up to reviewing articles. However, the main goal of this drive is to tackle the article backlog, and experienced patrollers are particularly encouraged to spend as much of their available reviewing time on articles as they can. Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Each article review will earn 1 point, while each redirect review will earn 0.2 points. Streak awards will be given out based on consistently hitting point thresholds for each week of the drive. Barnstars will also be granted for re-reviewing articles previously reviewed by other patrollers during the drive. If you have been thinking about doing more NPP, this is an especially good month to jump in. Whether you can review a few pages or hundreds, every review helps.
