- I've just been looking through Bella Bellow. Impressive work. I see you correctly mentioned that you were adding material from the French article. There should therefore be no copyright problems, In any case, thank you for all the useful improvements you have made. - My apologies for bringing these suggestions to your attention. I had not realized you had so much experience. I've been looking at the extensive work you have been performing under various user names on the French wiki. I was particularly happy to see how many women's biographies you had created on the basis of translations from English. Maybe you can find other highly rated French biographies of women as a basis for improving their English equivalents. Bella Bellow now looks to me like a good candidate for a GA in English too. If you are interested, you could bring it to the attention of Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Green. Let me know if you need any assistance with this.--Ipigott (talk) 12:45, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

- Yeah I have translated and contributed to many women's biographies on the French wiki (I still think I don't do that much when I look to the amount of work to do^^) and I work with LSP whose members gave me a warm welcome just like here. They helped me a lot with the Good Article procedure over there when I was working on Bella Bellow (it was my first time going into it) and I can do it here also even though I'm not willing anymore to go into such procedures on the French wiki. Bon Article is the equivalent of Good Article in terms of prestige but it's in fact the equivalent of A-Class and we are discussing actually of whether we should create a third label or something like that with less austere procedure and equivalent to how the reviews of GA are done here so yes I can definitely try it.
- On frWP, we have for example those lists : FA articles in red on French WP and GA in red on French WP that I use sometimes and I have also on my tools' subpages some petscan requests that i adapt to look for pages to translate. I don't know if you have such lists here but it can definitly help to identify easily good contents to translate. — L'embellie @ 13:38, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

- Oui, francophone et francophile mais d'origine britannique et marié avec une Danoise. Actuellement je suis en train d'améliorer les biographies en anglais des "Eiffel women" {Category:Women scientists named on the Eiffel Tower}. Si cela t'ïntéresse, voir par exemple Event Eiffel Women. D'après ORES et Rater, la plupart des bios en anglais sont déjà classées B ou plus. Reste à promouvoir les Classes Start et C mais il est souvent difficile de trouver des sources valables. Il nous reste encore trois semaines...--Ipigott (talk) 15:24, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
