Not enough independent sources with significant coverage. Five of the citations are to material by Walker / Modern Musician. Three are interviews. Two are event listings. One mentions Modern Musician only in passing. One is about Paradise Fears. On the basis of this, Walker is not notable independently of Paradise Fears. See WP:BANDMEMBER.
