Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to set Preferences Editing Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary). Thanks! The page in question this time was Wikipedia:Contentious topics. Technical edits should always have an edit summary. – Jonesey95 (talk) 21:55, 30 January 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for the notice, I will try to follow through.

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Nehemia de Lieme when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. LLM timeline

Putting this on your user-talk because it's a little off-topic but, prior to 2017, there really wasn't LLMs of the type we see today. And even from 2017-2020 they were mostly still experimental tools rather than consumer tools. So anything written in 2016 is almost certainly not written by an LLM. Minor request for clarification regarding Six-Day War

I'll preemptively say that I have no objections to the material of your addition, but would just like to clarify a minor detail regarding this addition of yours to the Six-Day War article.

On Pg 289, I see reference to the shelling of 16 villages & the call at 5:30, but if I'm reading the source properly, I believe the call at 5:30 was a call from Syria (George Tomeh), rather then from Israel.

As this is both a rather insignificant detail & due to the archive link only giving me limited access to the source material, I wanted to clarify with you if my reading was correct or not first rather then remove the time & potentially cause a needless dispute. Butterscotch Beluga (talk) 02:08, 21 February 2026 (UTC)

Lall says At 5:30 in the morning he [president of the council] received a communication from Israel informing him of the shelling of sixteen Israeli villages along the northern frontier with Syria and it seems like Oren brings more details. Syria too reached out that hour and complained of Israeli strikes.
I think that in general further inquiry is required. Nigel J. Ashton says An Israeli–Syrian ceasefire was agreed to on 9 June but did not take effect until the next day, as each side accused the other of continuing military operations in violation of the accord.
Perhaps a Timeline of the Six-Day War article should be created to help us navigate this NorthernWinds (talk) 09:11, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
Also, timezones are an issue here. The security council is in New York while the war is in the middle east. I've reverted my edit NorthernWinds (talk) 09:12, 21 February 2026 (UTC)

I was asked to write this here

She asked me to write here that she will be unable to respond to messages or make edits 28 February and forward and that she's unsure when she will be able to return. It's been mostly impossible for me to reach her since Saturday, her regular internet is down. ~2026-14092-12 (talk) 19:38, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
