Your submission at Articles for creation: Ragday Oleksandr Tymofieiev (November 26)

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Sadly this would seem to fail WP:GNG and WP:ENT. The magazine coverage seems to be promotional profiles for Skuld or some sort of platforming for up-and-coming actors looking for profile coverage - the issue being that he doesn't really have any notability independent of that film, and the puffery in these articles is palpable with lines like If you’re looking for a talented and motivated actor who is eager to contribute and grow professionally, he could be a valuable addition to your project. Not something that really cuts it for WP:BLP.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

- Hello, dear Mr. Ryan. I truly appreciate your work and the time you have kindly given me. However, regarding my submission, I cannot agree with your decision to reject it.
- You wrote that there are not enough sources covering this project. But have you ever tried to imagine living in the reality that these young people face every single day? When rockets and bombs are falling on their heads? I am certain you have not. Yet these young creators are surviving in such conditions every day, and still trying to create something beautiful in this terrible world.
- What publications can we speak about when most independent journalists and media have left the country because of this horrific war? And those who remain can only write about the brutal reality of this bloody conflict.
- And now you make such a decision — at a moment when there was hope that you could help these creative young people who did not run from their country, but who, despite the horror around them, are trying to create something beautiful within the film industry.
- Mr. Ryan, I kindly ask you to reconsider your position and your approach. Or please advise me where else I can address this matter. With deepest respect, Yaroslav. RagdayFan (talk) 13:15, 26 November 2025 (UTC)

The comment the reviewer left was:
Problems have not been fixed. Less promotional now, but still multi problems with sourcing. We can't cite IMDb and we can't cite other wikis, see WP:IMDB and WP:CITEWIKI.

- There are unfortunately so many living in the most terrible conditions around the world. Unfortunately that has no input here unless the fact that they create something under such conditions is noted and written about. No reviewer, even an administrator can just choose to ignore the community created policies and guidelines. Note you have 4 dead links in the External links - if you can fix those and use them as sources it would help. KylieTastic (talk) 16:16, 28 November 2025 (UTC)
