Ah yes, that's understandable - it could be suggested that this is outside of that topic area. While the Arab-Israeli conflict is marked as a contentious topic, what is happening in Germany (to Jewish people there) is related but lies in its own context. Thank you for explaining! The restrictions are interpreted broadly- anything at all to do with the Arab-Israeli conflict, no matter how small a connection, triggers the restrictions. In this case, the topic touches on German views of the conflict and how supporters of one side are treated.
