Question from Margaret the great (04:02, 3 March 2026)

Hello just a quick question, I'm working on improving the article "National Propane Gas Association" so far i've just revised the first paragraph which previously had some irrelevant seemingly promotional information about how propane was nontoxic and environmentally friendly and such. Anyways my main question regards that (to me at least) the article looks to have been written at least in part by some sort of AI. I'm wondering if you agree with that, and if it would be appropriate to tag it as such. I'm also having some difficulty finding sources that aren't their website and was wondering how one typically goes about something like that. Thank you for your help and time. --Margaret the great (talk) 04:02, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

Hi @Margaret the great,
So I looked at the page history, and apparently it was made in 2008. However, in an edit in 2023, an IP changed the article formatting to its current state. So is it AI generated? Possibly. Do the headings need to changed to be MOS-compliant? Definitely. TheTechie[she/they] | talk? 05:08, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

Caution at Jerome's

You may want to undo your recent additions at Talk:Jerome's; while clearly well-intended, asking an individual editor to !vote at AfD after they have expressed some view on the matter that was aligned with your own may be seen as WP:VOTESTACKING. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 17:12, 4 March 2026 (UTC)

@NatGertler: I have striked it out as I found that they were topic banned from XfD. TheTechie[she/they] | talk? 17:14, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
I guess there's that too, then! -- Nat Gertler (talk) 17:36, 4 March 2026 (UTC)

  • Special report: What actually happened during the Wikimedia security incident?
A horrifying exploit took place, which could have had catastrophic and far-reaching consequences if used maliciously; instead, it seems to have happened by accident and was used for childish vandalism. How did this happen, and what did the script actually do?
