I'd suggest having a read of Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline to see if you're able to upload that particular file or similar directly to Wikipedia. You can't however upload non-free images to commons like you did. Images uploaded to Commons must be either in the public domain or released under a free license. Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. I know that they are whiter but it's also rude to bring race into it when he could have just said wealthier neighborhoods or named specific neighborhood. Furthermore, I don't think I broke good faith as I was seriously trying to help and I don't see how a warning is needed instead of just shutting the topic and not adding it. I don't believe I called him racist nor is that my intent all im saying is he made it a racial thing but I wouldn't say there is any proof that he is racist. Well it's clear your opinions were on there as the guy I was debating with multiple times talked about white supremacy and the lies of GOP and Fox news. I didn't see anyone object to adding text about Mamdani's statement in the article, including the phrase "richer and whiter neighborhoods," as long as (a) it's sourced to one or more RSs, and (b) the WP text accurately captures what he was saying about property taxes. As for the warning, you're free to remove this entire section if you want (see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines § User talk pages), though it will remain in the page's edit history. I didn't see him objecting to text that satisfies the two conditions I mentioned above. Regardless, I'm not going to debate it on your talk page.

In general, any content that has been added to any page on the WP website will be accessible through the page's edit history. (There are rare exceptions, but this isn't one of them.)
