David Chalmers and Australian realism in Template:Analytic philosophy
In Template:Analytic philosophy, David Chalmers is placed in the Australian realism category. While he is (technically) Australian, I can't find any mention of Australian realism or John Anderson on his page or any mentions of him on the Australian realism page. His academic connections to Australia seem to be limited to his University of Adelaide BSc in Mathematics. From what I can tell, when he was added to the navbox the category was just labelled "Australian" (Special:Diff/941857101). I don't know anything about Australian realism, so I'm interested in what the folks here think. Antibabelic (talk) 14:05, 26 January 2026 (UTC)

Tagged as refimprove for 18 years. No other language has a reliably sourced article from which to translate. Nothing more than a WP:DICDEF.

- Maybe it should be redirected to Hylozoism, which already mentions it, instead? It does appear to be an actual, if obscure, philosophical concept which is defined in common dictionaries and was apparently used by Ralph Cudworth in the 1600s. ເສລີພາບ (talk) 05:19, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
- Agree sone use should be made of this term, would oppose deletion. Hyperbolick (talk) 09:34, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
