Hello, as the title suggests, I have been gathering information to create a WikiProject for Penang, which I intend as a way to organise and cleanup articles specifically related to Penang itself. I have created a draft for how this arrangement of articles should be done:

Hi @PenangLion and others! Through the WP:MAR26 campaign, which includes trying to find citations for the articles that have been unsourced for the longest amount of time, I ran into Pinang Tunggal, which has been tagged as lacking sources since September 2010. I noticed that this is one of several small, minimally-sourced articles about neighborhoods of Seberang Perai, and they seem like good candidates for merging into Butterworth, Seberang Perai, or Seberang Perai (depending on the individual article), and I posted that suggestion here: Talk:Seberang Perai#Merge in articles about neighborhoods. Hey WikiProject Malaysia, the Developing Countries WikiContest is back for a third year, and sign-ups are now open! The contest will run from 1 July to 30 September, and the objective remains the same: improve as many articles relating to developing countries as you can to help fight systemic bias on Wikipedia.
