モミジガイ科（モミジガイか、学名：Astropectinidae）は、モミジガイ目の下位分類群の1つ。2025年時点で、26属が分類されている[1]。海底に生息し、普段は砂や泥に潜っている[2]。アカヒトデ目のカスリモミジガイ科と形態や生態が似るが、目からして異なる[3]。
分類と種数はWorld Register of Marine Speciesに従う[1]。和名は海洋研究開発機構および木暮(2025)を参考[4][5]。
